Reflection is key to know where we stand. What is our base level. What is our starting point in our GPS. Here we will explore our rules, habbits, thoughts, relationship withourselves, our inner speach. This is the starting point in the GPS.

PLANNING
Here we create a plan to action. Choosing our finishing goals or final destination on the GPS. What routes are roads are we going to be taking to be able to reach these goals or final destinations and how we will have enough gas, oil, maintance and everything else to reach this destination.

TAKING ACTION
Here we are driving the car, enjoy the breeze, listening to our tunes or audiobook, with our copilot for help getting there and keeping us on the road or showing us a short cut to get there. And when the driving is done for the day. Make sure we are going towards the right path right back into our reflection stage where we choose our starting point again for the next day.
